With AUPOS BDE shop floor data collection, you can control your production processes responsively and efficiently. AUPOS BDE is very user-friendly and easy for anyone to operate. Recording run times, batch information, process parameters, personnel and production figures, and downtimes thus lays the foundation for successful order and material flow tracking. In-process quality assurance is, of course, also possible by integrating our AUPOS QS 4.0 module.
The latest version, AUPOS BDE 4.0, is designed for paperless manufacturing. All shop floor data – from logging on to an operation to logging off – is recorded in real time, either at a shop floor data collection terminal or on mobile devices such as tablets. This eliminates a potential source of errors: production paperwork being passed along by hand.
