The CSG AUPOS group of companies is managed by Nicole Lüdeke-Pirc and Jörg Schulze Greiving.
Nicole Lüdeke-Pirc

Commercial management lies with Nicole Lüdeke-Pirc, who has worked at CSG AUPOS since 2003 and is now responsible for all commercial matters of the group's companies, both internally and in dealings with third parties. She also serves as the trainer for our commercial apprenticeships.
Jörg Schulze Greiving
Managing Director
Jörg Schulze Greiving, a member of the CSG team since 2004, is responsible for our development department as managing director and head of technology, and trains our “next generation of developers” to become IT specialists for application development.
Stephan Schulze
Owner
Stephan Schulze, owner of the CSG AUPOS group of companies, supports us as a strategic advisor, drawing on his in-depth knowledge and many years of experience.

David Schulze is responsible for desktop development and server infrastructure, ensuring a robust architecture built for sovereign AI. He champions secure operation, from the ERP core all the way to AI. Patrick Schulze drives project-focused development around AUPOS IQ, bringing together customer requirements, business processes and technical implementation. He champions AI in everyday business operations. Direct access: in your project, you talk directly to the people who actually pull the levers.
Training at CSG AUPOS
Well-trained skilled professionals are harder to find today than ever. That is why, for many years, we have been a training company recognized by the local Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). By training our own people, we can continuously grow our team with employees who are already thoroughly prepared for working on our software and with our customers.
Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with the universities in Münster and Steinfurt, we also offer students in our region, as part of cooperative computer science degree programs, the opportunity to gain complementary hands-on training as IT specialists for application development.
