AUPOS QS 4.0 – Quality Assurance
With AUPOS QS 4.0, you carry out your inspections quickly and reliably, directly within your AUPOS ERP software. Deviations from the predefined standard values can be identified and documented. Appropriate tolerances can be stored for every measured value. This ensures at all times that your finished product also meets all standards and requirements.
Quality Assurance Can Take Place at Various Stages
- 1Measurement data check within BDE shop floor data collection: Here you can carry out the appropriate inspection routines for the various operations (AFO) of a production order and compare the results.
- 2Measurement data check when the production order is reported complete: If you don't need an inspection after every operation, you can carry out just a final inspection of the finished product.
- 3Measurement data check at goods issue: It often makes sense to carry out a further inspection before goods issue, for example if the goods have been in storage for a long time or exposed to other external influences.
- 4Measurement data check at goods receipt: AUPOS QS 4.0 is not only intended for inspecting items you manufacture in-house; it can also be used, for example, to inspect materials, purchased parts, merchandise, etc.
The measured values determined in your quality inspections can be recorded either manually or using electronic measuring instruments such as calipers. Electronic measuring instruments can often be connected directly to the AUPOS ERP software, enabling automatic, direct data transfer. A detailed graphical view presents all inspection results in the clearest possible way.
