e-invoicing – Electronic Invoices in ZUGFeRD / XRechnung Format
Sending invoices to customers by email as PDF attachments has been standard practice for many years. Since November 27, 2020, however, all suppliers and service providers have been required to invoice public-sector clients in Germany (B2G) electronically in a specific data format.
In the B2B sector, too, e-invoicing is becoming increasingly important, so ZUGFeRD and XRechnung (XML) formats will move into focus for all companies in the medium term. Many companies already want their suppliers to provide invoices in XML format.
Our AUPOS e-invoicing module lets you generate both ZUGFeRD invoices and XRechnung invoices directly from the AUPOS ERP 4.0 software, in compliance with all legal requirements. All relevant invoice information is converted fully automatically into the respective profile, while any custom features of your existing invoicing are, of course, retained.
