AUPOS GLAS 4.0 – Software for the Glass Industry / Glass Processing
With AUPOS GLAS 4.0, our turnkey, modular ERP and production planning software, we have developed a software package specifically for the glass industry that fully covers every business process of a glass processing company in the standard product – from order entry through glass production to delivery.
AUPOS GLAS 4.0 has been used successfully in the flat glass and architectural glass industries for many years: by manufacturers of insulating glass and of tempered and laminated safety glass, by glass finishers and glass processors, in the glass trade and wholesale sector, and by glaziers.
AUPOS GLAS 4.0 offers numerous interfaces to machine manufacturers (e.g., Bystronic, Hegla, Lisec, Benteler, Intermac), hardware manufacturers (e.g., DORMA, GEZE), financial accounting and payroll programs (e.g., DATEV, SAP, Diamant, Varial, Sage) and glass design software (e.g., Smartbuilder). Data from legacy systems can, of course, be migrated.

AUPOS GLAS TourenApp for Digital Delivery Notes and Delivery Receipts
With our AUPOS GLAS TourenApp, drivers can process delivery notes and delivery receipts digitally, quickly and conveniently on their smartphone, right at the point of delivery. We place particular emphasis on a user-friendly interface.
The driver can have the recipient sign for the delivery directly on the smartphone. Contactless delivery is also possible as an alternative. Drivers can record notes in the AUPOS GLAS APP quickly and easily, for example if they notice damage or breakage. If damage needs to be documented with a photo, the photos taken can then easily be archived in the DMS together with the rest of the transaction.
If parts of a delivery have to be unloaded somewhere other than the planned drop-off point, you still keep track of them thanks to the GPS data of the drop-off location, which is saved automatically. With the AUPOS GLAS APP, you can use the stored GPS data to trace the location of the delivered goods, or of the delivered racks, at any time via the geotag set at drop-off.
